Tammy Gann grew up in Washington state where she attended Western Washington University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education. After graduating, Tammy moved to Texas and began teaching elementary school and coaching middle school girls athletics. Tammy has taught in Wichita Falls, Orlando, Plano, and McKinney. She decided to incorporate her natural ability for helping and teaching people by combining it with her love for architecture and became a Realtor in 2016.

Tammy has had an interest in architecture since she took her first computer aided drawing class in college. Tammy’s first house was a custom built home on 5 acres in Denison, TX. Tammy monitored all phases of construction from choosing the land and house plans to the final day to day on site construction. Tammy moved to the McKinney area few years after she began teaching for McKinney ISD in 2003 where she bought her second home which was a spec home in Melissa. Tammy currently lives in McKinney with her family.

Tammy Gann is a self-motivated Realtor with experience in new homes, custom home construction, and pre-existing homes in rural and city communities. Tammy’s career in education has allowed her to actively be involved in the community.
